We will comply with all applicable laws that provide additional privacy protections for children who use the Internet and, in the course of such compliance, we will not retain any information provided by a user whom we know to be under 18.
Use of Collected Information
The Company uses FP Intl. Customer Information to perform the requested Services. For example, if you fill out a “Contact Me” form, the Company will use the information provided to contact you about your interest in the Services.
The Company may also use FP Intl. Customer Information for marketing purposes. For example, the Company may use information you provide to contact you via email or otherwise to further discuss your interest in the Services and to send you information regarding the Company such as information about promotions.
FP Intl. uses credit card information solely to check the financial qualifications and collect payment from prospective and actual Customers.
FP Intl. uses Site Navigational Information to operate and improve the Site. The Company may also use Site Navigational Information alone or in combination with FP Intl. Customer Information to provide personalized information about the Company.
FP Intl. will also use FP Intl. Customer Information to: identify which FP Intl. products and services are right for you, respond to requests for information, personalize our Customers’ experience on the Site, administer and analyze online polls, surveys, contests or promotions or fulfill FP Intl.’s legal and regulatory obligations.
FP Intl. is the sole owner of the information collected on our Site and we do not sell, share or rent this information to others except as disclosed herein. FP Intl. may store information itself or arrange for storage in databases maintained by FP Intl.’s affiliates, agents or service providers. FP Intl. retains its rights to these databases and the information contained therein.
Site Navigational Information
FP Intl. uses web beacons alone or in conjunction with cookies to compile information about Customers and Visitors’ usage of the Site and interaction with emails from the Company. Web beacons are clear electronic images that can recognize certain types of information on your computer, such as when you viewed a particular website tied to the web beacon. For example, FP Intl. may place web beacons in marketing emails that notify the Company when you click on a link in the email that directs you to the Site. FP Intl. uses web beacons to operate and improve the Site and email communications.
When you visit the Site, the Company collects your IP addresses to track and aggregate non-personal information. For example, FP Intl. uses IP addresses to monitor the regions from which Customers and Visitors navigate the Site.
FP Intl. also collects IP addresses from Customers when they log into the Services as part of the Company’s “Identity Confirmation” and “IP Range Restrictions” security features.
Social Media Features
Do Not Track – California disclosure
Currently, various browsers – including Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari – offer a “do not track” or “DNT” option that relies on a technology known as a DNT header, which sends a signal to websites visited by the user about the user’s browser DNT preference setting. FP Intl. does not currently commit to responding to browsers’ DNT signals with respect to the Site, in part because no common industry standard for DNT has been adopted by industry groups, technology companies or regulators, including no consistent standard of interpreting user intent. FP Intl. takes privacy and meaningful choice seriously and will make efforts to continue to monitor developments around DNT browser technology and the implementation of a standard.
Public Forums and Customer Testimonials
FP Intl. may provide bulletin boards, blogs or chat rooms on the Site. Any personal information you choose to submit in such a forum may be read, collected or used by others who visit these forums and may be used to send you unsolicited messages. FP Intl. is not responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these forums.
FP Intl. posts a list of Customers and testimonials on the Site that contain information such as Customer names and titles. FP Intl. obtains the consent of each Customer prior to posting any information on such a list or posting testimonials.
Sharing of Collected Information
Service Providers/Marketing Partners
FP Intl. may share FP Intl. Customer Information with the Company’s contracted service providers so that these service providers can provide services on our behalf and to ensure the quality of such services.
Without limiting the foregoing, FP Intl. may also share FP Intl. Customer Information with the Company’s distributors, resellers or other marketing partners and with third party digital advertising firms and social networking and media sites for marketing and advertising thereon, all solely with respect to FP Intl.’s products and services. Unless described in this Privacy Statement, FP Intl. does not share, sell, rent or trade any information with third parties for their promotional purposes.
From time to time, FP Intl. may partner with other companies to jointly offer products or services. If you purchase or specifically express interest in a jointly-offered product or service from FP Intl., the Company may share FP Intl. Customer Information collected in connection with your purchase or expression of interest with our joint promotion partner(s). FP Intl. does not control our business partners’ use of FP Intl. Other Third Parties
This Privacy Statement sets forth the information that FP Intl. collects on the Site and the information that we share with third parties. Except as expressly provided in this Privacy Statement, FP Intl. does not authorize the collection of personal information by third parties through advertising technologies deployed on the Site nor do we share personal information collected from the Site with any third parties.
FP Intl. uses a third party service provider to manage credit card processing. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use Billing Information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on the Company’s behalf.

The Company primarily stores FP Intl. Customer Information in the United States. To facilitate FP Intl.’s global operations, the Company may transfer and access such information from around the world, including from other countries in which the Company has operations.
