RETURN POLICY AND LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

Below please find the MINI PAK’R return policy and limited product warranty. By purchasing products using our website or mobile apps or checking the corresponding box (where that option is available), you acknowledge that you understand and accept this return policy and limited product warranty.
LIMITED RETURNS FOR ANY REASON WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE
For MINI PAK’R air cushion machines, accessories, film and customer kits purchased from MINI PAK’R using our website or mobile apps, we will accept product returns up to seven days after the date of your purchase as stated on your sales or delivery receipt (a copy of the receipt or other proof of purchase must be provided to us as a condition of the return), regardless of reason. We will refund the original price plus tax (if applicable) minus a reasonable restocking charge if: (a) you comply with this return process, (b) machines are undamaged and unused, (c) accessories, film and customer kits are unopened, and (d) all products are returned in their original packaging. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Expendable or consumable parts for MINI PAK’R products, including injector blades, Teflon seal belts and tape and drive rollers, cannot be returned. You must pay your own shipping costs to return any product to us under this paragraph.
The MINI PAK’R air cushion machines, accessories, film and customer kits are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date you purchased the product as stated on your sales or delivery receipt (a copy of the receipt or other proof of purchase must be provided to us as a condition of making any claim under this limited warranty). This limited warranty protects only the original purchaser and is not transferable. As MINI PAK’R’s sole liability and your sole remedy upon any breach of this limited warranty, MINI PAK'R will replace any damaged or defective film shipment that you receive and, at MINI PAK’R’s option, MINI PAK’R will repair or replace any damaged or defective part or product with a functionally equivalent new or factory-reconditioned part or product, which are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days or the remainder of the original warranty, whichever period is longer. To obtain warranty service, you must return the damaged or defective product to us at the address set forth below at your own expense and risk. We will return repaired or replacement products to you at our expense and reimburse you for your original shipping costs. The above limited product warranty does not apply to: (A) expendable or consumable parts, such as injector blades, Teflon seal belts and tape and drive rollers; (B) normal wear and tear; (C) any machine with the serial number removed or tampered with; or (D) any product that is damaged or defective due to (i) accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, contamination, improper maintenance, storage or storage; (ii) any software in or associated with the products; (iii) any parts or components not manufactured by us; or (iv) modification or service to or of the products other than by us.
